Terms of use for the tools

Last updated: October 14, 2026

By using the Tinta Tech tools you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. What we offer

Single-task online tools: you submit something and get a result. To see the result we ask you to confirm an email address. We may change, limit or withdraw a tool at any time.

2. What a certificate does and does not prove

A certificate proves two things: the integrity of a file (its SHA-256 fingerprint) and a date (a timestamp issued by a third party). It does not prove who created the file, that its content is true, or the date it was originally created. The descriptive data it includes is what the file itself declares and is not checked.

A certificate does not replace a notary, a public official or a forensic expert, and does not guarantee legal value. Whether a court or authority admits it, and what weight it gives it, is decided by that authority. You must keep the original file unmodified: we do not store it.

3. Automatic results

The AI detectors give an estimate, with its confidence level and limits; they can be wrong in either direction and are not proof. Do not use them as the only basis to accuse or penalize someone.

Summaries, translations, transcripts, extractions, comparisons, minutes and grading are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Check them against the original before relying on them. A translation is not a certified translation; a proposed grade is decided by the teacher.

Nothing the tools produce is legal, medical or professional advice.

4. Your content

The content you submit remains yours. You authorize us to process it only to give you the result, as described in the privacy policy. You state that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not break the law or infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit illegal content or content that violates other people's rights.
  • Do not use the tools to harass, impersonate or harm anyone.
  • Do not try to capture pages that require signing in, or use website capture to reach systems that are not public.
  • Do not automate use, circumvent limits or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Do not present a certificate or a result as something it is not.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Availability and liability

The tools are provided as they are, with no guarantee of continuous availability or that a result is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Tinta Tech is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the tools, or from decisions made based on their results. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its brand and its texts belong to Tinta Tech. The results generated from your content are yours to use as you wish.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here with its date. They are governed by the laws of Chile and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Santiago, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer in your country. Questions: hola@tintatech.com.
